More than 99% of orders ship within 1 business day, excluding USA holidays. However, please note that in some cases, we may require up to 5 days to ship your item. This could occur if payment does not clear immediately or if there is suspicion of fraud.

Yes, we offer shipping to most countries. If your country is not listed during checkout it is not supported.

If you are unsure of sizing you may request a toe to heel measurement of the insole to be compared with your current shoes. Please Contact Us and provide the URL (link) and size you would like measured.

Yes, a tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. All orders are shipped using a trackable method.
