  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact. If it's a pre-owned item, it must be returned in the original shipped condition. 

  3. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Return Shipping: During the return process, you will be prompted to purchase a return label from us at a flat rate of $8 or send it back with a method you choose. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt for your records.
  2. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  1. Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  2. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return your item for a full refund and then re-order the correct size on a new transaction. 

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items specifically marked "Non-Returnable."
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
